Warranty Information

Warranty Terms

1 Year In-Home Labor	Pure Therapy will provide free in-home labor to your product in the case of any damages that occurred during shipping, malfunctioning of product or defects in product. This is valid for one year from the date of purchasing the product.
3 Year Parts	Pure Therapy will cover the cost for any parts that may need to be replaced due to malfunctioning or defects in the product for up to three years. Customer must pay for labor to repair the product. This is valid for 3 years from the date of purchasing the product.
5 Year Structure	Pure therapy will provide any damaged part of the chair that cannot be fixed by parts in the case of malfunctioning or defects in the product. This is valid for 5 years from the date of purchasing the product.
Extended Warranty	An extended warranty can be purchased from Pure Therapy for 20% of the initial cost of the product. This warranty will cover an additional year of labor, parts and structure warranty. The Extended warranty must be purchased whilst product is still under warranty. Extended warranty does not start until initial warranty runs out.
