Pure therapy closes

May 2008. After six months of incubation, pure therapy entered into its next exiting stage of evolution. The centre in Scarrots Lane is now closed and Eva's focus has shifted towards healing and art, and an increasing proportion of her work is done outside in nature. Find out more about this at her new website.

Bestival Prayer Tree Labyrinth

September 2007. Eva Wolfram created a Prayer Tree Labyrinth at this year's Bestival at Robin Hill. It was walked by more than 300 people and featured in Channel 4's coverage of the Bestival. 330 tea lights created a magical atmosphere every night... watch a short video below.

The video may take a moment to load. In the meantime, why not take a couple of nice, deep breaths and drop your shoulders?

I would love to read your comments, especially if you walked this labyrinth at the Bestival. Please click on this link and email me. Thank you!

The Trager Approach in the National News.

June 2007. An in-depth article about The Trager Approach was published in the Telegraph on Saturday, June 16 after Tania Spooner, Trager practitioner in London, gave a Trager session to Lucy Atkins.

From the article: "...After 75 minutes of allowing my muscles to be rocked, wobbled and elongated by Tania’s gentle hands, my troubles certainly seem to have melted. I feel two inches taller and significantly less wound up. Before the session, I had a headache, sore throat and a sense of impending flu. When I get off the trolley, I feel lighter, looser and much more capable of getting through the rest of the day [...] This is the key to Trager: letting go of the tension and panic with which many of us fuel our lives..."

Eva Wolfram at the Goddess Show in Brighton

We had an interesting time transforming what is usually a betting desk into a calm and inviting therapy space, but managed to do so very well. Our schedule for taster sessions was fully booked and the feedback we received was extremely positive throughout! Thank you to everybody who came, and see you again soon.

The Trager approach is a very effective way to achieve more awareness and wellbeing, and Eva Wolfram is available for talks and demonstrations. We invite sports clubs, organizations and businesses to contact us to arrange a Trager demonstration and find out what Trager can do for you.
